Dr. Hagen is a consulting pediatrician at Breakwater Pediatrics, and at Victoria General. Previously a nurse in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at VGH, she went on to complete medical school at the University of Calgary, and then residency training through the Vancouver Island stream at UBC. She provides acute care services at VGH as well as throughout BC/Yukon. She is a clinical instructor for UBC's Department of Pediatrics.

Dr. Harper is a consulting pediatrician at Breakwater Pediatrics and at Victoria General. Originally from the Maritimes, he completed medical school at the University of Toronto, and continued moving west for residency through UBC's Vancouver Island stream. He is an attending on the pediatric and neonatal wards at VGH, and a clinical instructor for UBC's Department of Pediatrics. 

Originally from Italy, Dr. Lelj has lived in Europe, Africa, and New Zealand before settling on the West Coast. After a career in academia and teaching, she transitioned to clinical medicine through UBC's Island Medical Program (IMP) and Pediatric Residency. She works in clinic, at Victoria General providing acute care, and provides outreach coverage in Northern BC and up island. She serves as the Simulation education lead for the IMP program, and serves on the executive board for the BC Pediatric Society.
